FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Why was I referred to Arrow Diagnostic Imaging?
Your vet likely needs more detailed images to better understand what’s going on with your pet. We provide advanced imaging—like MRI and CT scans—that helps your vet make faster, more accurate decisions.
What makes ADI different from other veterinary imaging centers?
We focus solely on diagnostics, using the same high-end equipment found in human hospitals. Every scan is overseen by a board-certified radiologist and performed by experienced imaging specialists. No hidden fees, no rushed care—just clear answers and expert support.
Will my pet be in pain or uncomfortable?
Not at all. Imaging is painless, and when sedation is needed, we use gentle, safe protocols. Your pet is closely monitored the entire time—we treat them like family.
How soon will we get results?
Urgent findings are shared with your vet right away—sometimes while you’re still here. Full reports are sent within 24 hours so your vet can discuss next steps with you quickly.
What if something serious is found?
We immediately send the images and report to your veterinarian. They’ll walk you through the findings and help create a treatment plan that’s right for your pet. You’re not alone in this.
How do I know if advanced imaging is really necessary?
It’s often recommended when:
  • Neurologic signs (like seizures or wobbliness) appear
  • Surgery is being considered
  • X-rays or lab tests haven’t given clear answers

It’s a way to avoid guesswork—and sometimes even surgery—while getting your pet the care they need.
